Can't fault the quality of anything I've bought from Swamp (and I've bought plenty) plus free postage on many items and they're usually dispatched within hours of ordering. After sales service is excellent, and did I mention musician friendly prices?! Five stars from me.
28 March 2014Great products, only problem I had, was that the two products I purchased apparently unknown to me, shipped out of different locations, so when the first product arrived, there was no indication of where the second product was. I rang SWAMP immediately, who politely explained the situation of the missing second item and promised to email me the tracking number for the second item. That email never arrived, however, the second product did several days later.

28 February 2014Always had a good experience with Swamp when purchasing items for work. A few times some lengths of cables I needed weren't available, so they were substituted with better/longer lengths at no extra charge to ensure the order went out on time. Phone calls and emails are always answered - in short, Swamp is a great company to deal with and the staff are awesome!

28 February 2014Swamp are a great resource- a huge range of very useful products for any serious muso all very reasonably priced. Mailing is always really prompt and any problems or snafus are resolved with a minimum of fuss. A class act all round... I love 'em :-)

14 February 2014Great service! I received the product in time. Very good point, 'cause I am always afraid of ordering anything via internet. In my situation there was no other option to purchase the appropriate adapter from other source. In this price category there is no product in Europe (!). Unfortunately, currently I am abroad, but when I will arrive back to home, I will immediate check my ordered unit. Of course, I will share my opinion with you later. Thanks a lot.

8 February 2014There is no criticism I can conjure for Swamp. Easily the best patch cables for the price. It seems so much nonsense to pay 20 dollars for a top quality patch cable when you can get one from swamp for 5 (customized length patch kits notwithstanding but you can make your own custom lengths with Swamp too). Shipping is fast and reliable. The best shop in Australia for cables
