4 July 2014In my case, I had to request a refund as I actually purchased the wrong gear for my DAW. I was impressed with the friendly, no fuss, response and very helpful advice. I'll certainly be back.
3 July 2014I run a small project studio from home in the NSW central coast and have recently updated my layout and equipment. I was surprised with the top quality hardware available at very reasonable rates and in many cases free express shipping. The items I purchased included a rack for my interface and outboard effects, a patch bay Neutrics connectors and a variety of cables. In all cases the equipment was top notch and extremely low priced for the quality I received. I will definitely be buying as much of my required equipment from there as possible.

My products were received very promptly especially considering I live in WA and they are of the highest quality at reasonable price. Though the sound produced by the product did not meet my expectation, probably due to my inability to identify a better one, I suggest SWAMP to my friends.. Thanks

27 June 2014I sought advice from Swamp regarding an HDMI switch after I had been disappointed with a switch from another supplier. The Swamp advice was accurate, I bought the switch and it works perfectly in my situation, as the advice had suggested it would.
27 June 2014I'm a 52 year old live sound engineer with about 27 years, and 1000+ gigs experience. I'm accustomed to using mostly mid to high end gear. I've purchased quite a few items from Swamp and have found varying quality depending on the item. A small handful of things I've bought needed to be fixed before they were usable. eg. Mic leads, multicore & stage box, and various audio adapters. All of which suffered from some terrible soldering. Some didn't work at all straight out of the box. Luckily I inspect, and test all my gear before using it at a live gig where EVERYTHING must work. Upon contacting Swamp they were happy to replace the faulty gear, but due to the percentage of faulty/poor soldering I decided to just inspect and repair everything myself and move on. Great after sale service. But let down a bit by some below average product quality control. I will continue to shop here though.

21 June 2014Very quick service and excelent quality. I needed a good quality headphone extenion cable to replace rubbish shop bought ones I had been using.. Swamp cable has restored the bass ,treble ,clarity and timeing to my gear. Very happy.

14 June 2014Well I've been pretty happy with the gear so far. Only done small gigs, and everything has been fine. Low noise through everything which is great. easy to use desk and great ability with the multi core. I'm very happy at the moment, but as with time I will let you know how it goes. feels robust ebough. thanks swamp, the students are loving it. cheers Jesster.

13 June 2014My dad bought me this case for may keyboard and it fits perfectly. Much cheaper than the 'proper' one (which I couldn't afford) but just as good. It arrived really quickly too!

6 June 2014So refreshing to see a site that has 3 options: 1.Add to Cart(ie we have it in stock and will send it straight away) 2.Pre-Order(ie we don't have it but can get it) 3.Notify me when in stock(ie we have it ordered and we can let you know when it gets here) I am so sick of adding things to my cart from other sites and paying money for something they don't actually have!!!!! And then waiting way too long!!!!! I ordered some gear from SWAMP and had a track-able consignment note emailed to me within 2 hours!!!
