16 May 2014Yes Swamp were most helpful. I needed to buy a cable with 3.5 mil stereo plug on one end, with dual XLR male plugs on the other end. They were helpful in explaining the plugs and how it would work with my XA20 Video Camera. Thanks guys! Renato
16 May 2014I know that when I order a Swamp product it will be of good quality. Communication and customer service is first class. Goods are delivered fast and hassle free. If Swamp has what I want, I don't bother shopping around... it ain't worth it !!

13 May 2014I usually don't leave reviews. unless it is something significant. I discovered Swamp 'by accident' while searching for some very specific product(s). Not only were they available at Swamp but they were friendly in helping me choose the right ones and confirming that it was exactly what I needed. I have a browser bookmark called "Audio" and then a subfolder called "Shopping". Swamp is the first in this list, as I know for sure that I am coming back. Great value, great service, quick delivery. Thanks for past and future purchases.

9 May 2014I have saidit before, and am happy to say it again. I am relatively new to Swamp (only a year) but now, Swamp is the first place I look when I need something their product line covers. I have placed some 10 order and cannot fault the quality of products, fair pricing and the speed of delivery. I have never had a problem with any delivery so have no direct experience of customer service. But given my experience so far, I am sure it too would be excellent. Well done guys - 10 out of 10.
