1 April 2016Very happy with the product selection and price. We have ordered a few items from SWAMP. Cannot fault the great service. It got us out of trouble when we needed a particular item for our sound rig prior to a gig. Time was limited. SWAMP delivered!

19 March 2016Always a pleasure dealing with SWAMP. Products are sent quickly and arrive on time. Prices have always been competitive and will always be my first option when possible.
18 March 2016I have found Swamp to be reasonably fast in delivery and response to enquiries accept when they are at the mercy of Australia Post. The only criticism I would make is relative to having 2 warehouses and despatching items out of the 2 warehouses. I ordered 4 items 3 were delivered the next day from the ACT "Excellent" however the other item came from the Sydney warehouse and took 2 days to deliver. So the wow factor diminished quickly. All that said, great business the items are priced reasonably, but be warned don't expect top self connectors and cables if you're paying a small price. You pay for what you get...! Keep up the great service and look forward to my next purchase.

12 March 2016Excellent service and communication. Fast delivery - have used swamp a few times -mainly for rack related gear and cables/snakes etc - and it's been great. No complaints and no issues at my end. Good price point with no hidden extras or false claims, which can be hard to find online.

With no further involvement from me, it arrived two working days later, well packaged and hand delivered. Fast and simple transaction, the way all internet shopping should be. I'll be buying my gear from swamp from now on.

15 January 2016I recently bought a 22" cymbal case which was delivered in good time. The only problem I had was the case I received wasn't the same as the one pictured on the website plus it had the cymbal felt protectors and internal wing nut missing. SWAMP not only refunded my money but also paid for return shipping. Excellent service.
