17 June 2015Fast service and a good quality product. We ordered a 19" rack stand on casters, and it arrived in Melbourne with the least possible delay. Good build quality, attractive looks (it will be visible to the public at events), and it came with basic assembly tools and more cage bolts and nuts than that size of rack could ever need. Thank you Swamp.
12 June 2015Great job team love your business really great range and they are not expensive either. I have bought a few things in the past (cables, drum mics, stands) and I had 1 issue with a mic but they easily sent a new one on the same day. The stands are really good quality. I will definitely be buying more in the future for our not for profit audio visual hire service. A friend bought a bunch of products from you guys a few years back and he loved the quality of the entire range, and he told me about you guys. I've being looking on your website and trying to find a similar product on another website and the other websites are more expensive for crappier equipment. So I'm glad that you guys have a better range of good quality equipment Thanks guys Tim President CommunityAV

It is great quality product and is very sturdy, which I would have only expected from a more expensive model. 28 April 2015Very happy with Swamp service. Speakers were great. The only surprise was that the 6.5mm jack end of a Speakon cable broke off inside the Amp at 5:45am on ANZAC morning. That was a bit of a panic and needed surgery to get the offending parts out of the Amp. All fixed by 6:00am Dawn Service, but it was a surprise.
28 April 2015I am very happy with the service and with the SWAMP speakers. However one of the Speakon-to-6.5mm leads broke off inside the Amp at 5:30am on ANZAC morning. After some stress and minor surgery, we extracted the offending piece and got it working by 6:00am.

10 April 2015I've placed a bunch of orders while Iv'e worked through updating a lot of kit during a relocation of a church PA. All the orders were processed quickly & the Swamp guys quickly sorted out a couple of issues when a courier got 'lost' or a couple of bolts were not the right ones. Will definitely continue to use them as they continue to impress every time. 'Do yourself a favour ...'

21 February 2015I was pleased to find a tuner/metronome at a reasonable price. The order arrived quickly. Unfortunately there was a packing error and the wrong item was in the package. When I called the man on the phone was very friendly and apologized, confirmed the error and promptly sent the correct item. He didn't even ask me to send the other one back. I hadn't expected that. How nice.
20 February 2015Purchased a hard case for my Jumbo the other day and not only did I receive quality service over the phone, I got my case the following day! Quality, sturdy material that has already proven it's worth when my amp fell over in the car and landed on it! not a scratch on the case, and my beast was still well protected :) very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend these guys and I will be back for more stuff soon!

16 February 2015I bought an effects unit from Swamp Music which developed a fault after some time. They could have insisted it was a borderline call that the guarantee still applied, but the stood by the product and replaced the unit after confirming the fault. Recommended. I'd certainly be happy to deal with them again.
