NUX (pronounced Noo-X) was first introduced in 2005, with the intention of providing high quality gear for musicians, at affordable prices. The company manufacturers a range of effects pedals, guitar and drum amplifiers, digital drums and pianos, as well as a limited range of audio interfaces and controllers.

The research and development department focuses on ideas for efficiency of use and space, producing effects pedals with form factors easy to use on tight pedal boards. There are many NUX effects pedals with excellent interactive and dynamic functions allowing a range of customisation. Utlising musicians' feedback from all around the world, combined with clever engineering research, NUX continues to produce effective, interesting, creative electronic instruments and solutions.
