SI05 Reflection Filter
This stylish SWAMP reflection filter provides critical isolation for recording mics, and features sound absorbing walls built from high quality, stylish metal panels with a pyramid foam layering. A reflection filter will help create a "dry" vocal recording when using sensitive condenser microphones in a home studio where sound reflections and room noise are apparent. This a good idea for small rooms with hard surfaces and no acoustic treatment. A dry vocal signal is much easier to work on in post production. It is therefore vital to effectively diffuse acoustic waves surrounding the microphone, to stop them bouncing back toward the microphone, controlling the reflected sound waves that can cause colouration.

The SWAMP SC200 large diaphragm studio condenser microphone is especially suitable for recording studios, broadcasting setups and stage performances. Featuring a uni-directional polar pattern, and complete with shockmount, wind shield and a sturdy case. The large 34mm diaphragm on the SC200 is ideal for recording full range sounds such as vocals, acoustic instruments and electric guitar amps. The pick up range on this mic is also very strong and will pick up sounds from a wide distance with amazing authenticity.

The SWAMP SI05 stand is a versatile upright stand, built like a speaker stand and ideal for mounting reflection filters, providing a heavy duty alternative to a standard mic stands. Featuring support bars like speaker stands, and a standard 5/8" thread.
