This twin conductor cable is designed to carry balanced or stereo audio signals, either Line level or Mic level. Features a tight braided shield for optimum noise rejection, thick conductors built using OFC (oxygen free copper) and a rugged but flexible PVC jacket.
Braided Ground Shield
The braided ground shield is the best at rejecting unwanted RF noise ensuring optimum signal quality. Compared to standard 'spiral wrapped' shielding audio cables, a braided shield gives much better coverage around the inner cores and is holds together better under abuse. Having a greater shield coverage does mean braided cables are a little less flexible than regular spiral wrapped cables.
This twin conductor, red coloured cable is suited for use in recording studios and live performance where interference noise rejection is vital.
