SWAMP Pedal Board Power Supply Station
The SWAMP DC Core 10 provides 10 individual points from which to power your entire guitar effects pedals board using a single 240V power source. With eight 9V, a single 12V and single 18V outlets, the DC Core 10 will cater for most types of pedals, giving the user enough options for most pedal board set ups. The filter circuit isolated outputs help minimise noise that can result from drawing a high current, meaning more pedals can be powered without the risk of excessive noise.
Why Power Stations are Important
Powering 4 or 5 pedals with a daisy chain is fine, if they are relatively low 'current' consumption pedals. But if you're powering more than this off a single 9V AC/DC adapter you can overdraw the power supply and create electrical issues within the pedals. This can often result in unwanted buzz or noise in your audio signal. Using the SWAMP DC CORE 10 Power station will assist to substantially reduce any possibility of electrical hum or current overdraw, ensuring safe operation of your set up.

Not Isolated
By: Terence Boylen on 4 August 2022It is important to not that this is NOT an 'isolated' power supply in the usual sense. While it is advertised (correctly) as having 'isolated outputs' it still has a common ground. As such, you CAN get noise on this unit. You can also probably get cheaper units that do exactly the same. The unit does what is advertised. The blue LEDs are a bit bright and there are a lot of them—red might have been better—but some people will like the effect. At least you can turn them off. Construction is robust (metal casing). I probably wouldn't run digital pedals on it though.

PSU SWAMP
By: Rob on 16 August 2021The unit is a great buy, and rock solid, and super performance. I just got my OCD PEDAL, that plugged straight into the 18 volt port... BOOM! The main thing is that the 10 outputs and small footprint make this perfect for a pedalboard without noise or hum problems being a fully isolated type. The reliability tested very well, as the sparks fly off the positive sleeve, when making contact with the metallic pedal cases... It takes it all in its stride without any dramas! I am pleased with the affordable price and quality. The cables and power supply come complete with the unit, do it's a great bargain! 5 stars!

By: Mr. Dan Mijat on 5 March 2016Great product. Does exactly what it needs and is nice and compact. Don't know why I'd buy those really expensive ones when this does all I need!
