Types of Capo
Every guitarist at some point in their playing life gets to a moment where they decide what the role of a capo means to them. Capos are basically an additional "finger" to shorten the playable length of the neck of a stringed instrument, raising the pitch of the open tuning.  They can be used in a number of ways, like basic transposition, or for the more adventurous, barring selected strings, effectively transforming the instrument. The better quality the capo, the better the performance and the G7th company knows this, more than others.

What makes G7th different
G7th The Capo Company was founded in England in 2004. The first capo it launched, the “Performance” has won numerous awards and accolades for the design. Many guitarists begin with a budget capo and you had to tie it around the neck. One would then generally move up to a spring-loaded capo, which are effective and getting less expensive. For lovers of spring loaded capos, the G7th Nashville is probably the best of its type, and it is also G7th largest selling capo. Their Newport model is another capo which allows for fine tuning of the pressure required on the strings and fret board. The Ultralight, weighing in at 8 grams, is the lightest capo on the market.
