Users can adjust the 270˚ swivel microphone boom, headband, and rotatable ear cups for personalized comfort, with the mic easily positioned on either the left or right side. For complete hands-free communication, the WiTalk9 allows users to focus on their tasks without constantly pressing a push-to-talk button. Muting is as simple as flipping the boom arm up or using the earcup’s mute button, while volume adjustments are equally accessible via the earcup controls.

USB-A to USB-C charging cables are included for fast recharging, and additional WiTalk9-BP batteries (sold separately) provide extended power when needed. Each headset also features a USB-C port for continuous operation when powered by USB battery packs or power supplies, ensuring reliable performance for extended tasks.
