Phantom Power Supplies

Showing 1-3 of 3 Results

Condenser microphones, active DI boxes and some other musical devices require phantom power to operate. Phantom power is usually outputted from an 3pin XLR socket and transferred down regular XLR microphone cables. A typical phantom power requirement is 48V, which is a standard requirement on most devices. Phantom power is usually outputted from a mixing desk, though there are occasions when it is not available and an external unit is required.
