The shockmount screws onto any regular mic stand and boom (5/8" thread). Suitable for many brands and models of condenser microphones with a diameter between 43mm - 50mm.

On top of that, swamp always ships really quickly, and on certain items, including this one they ship for FREE. Awesome

Fitment on an AT2020
By: Tom on 17 November 2017This shock mount is short and stumpy and relatively compact. The build quality is better than I thought it would be, with everything being finished in a nice even flat silver. It is however a very tight squeeze to get it to fit an Audio Technica AT2020 ... you can't fit it with your hands because the mechanism to open the microphone clamp are too short to get the amount of leverage. I had to use a beefy plastic zip tie to draw together the two handles which open the clamp and then force in my AT2020. It worked out fine and now it's seated in there but overall I don't love it and I'll be looking for another solution as I like to change up the location of my mic from time to time while I figure out where it's best sat. I think something like the Samson SP01 is a better fit if you have an AT2020. It's worth a lot more but if you want the ease of fitment I guess it'll be worth it. Otherwise, the quality of this shockmount is sufficient and it does the job of removing any unwanted vibrations.

By: Eugene Wulf on 6 September 2013It works on my mxl v250. You need this to be 65 characters long, but really it's unnecessary for this type of equipment. I would like to do my bit though and inform people that it works fine.
