The iconic electric guitar strings widely revered by hundreds of guitar greats including Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Jimmy Page, The Edge and John Mayer. These strings are precision manufactured to the highest standards and most exacting specifications to ensure consistency, optimum performance, and long life. The wound strings are made from nickel plated steel wire wrapped around a hex shaped steel core wire. The plain strings are made of specially tempered tin plated high carbon steel producing a well-balanced tone for your guitar. Plain strings use a patented winding of bronze wire tightly wrapped around the lock twist of ball end for reduced slippage and breakage.

By: Alex Catlow on 30 September 2021I've been playing with the skinny top heavy bottoms for a while, only because it was the best sound and feel i liked... but playing in drop A, can sound flabby... not now with the mammoths! nickel round wound in 12-62... just what my les paul needed! thanks swamp!!
