The T8700II is a complete drum microphone set, which provides an array of microphones to capture your drum and percussion performances. Specially designed mics capture the full nuance of drums and percussion. Included is a case, clamps, and windshields.
New Mic Design
The T8700II contains 7 mics, the KD6 and SD2 dynamic mics, and a pair of DM-3 condenser mics. The KD6 features outstanding low-frequency response, ideal for the kick drum. With specifc mid-low frequencies, the SD2 is optimal for use on tom and snare applications. DM-3 small size mic is specifically designed for cymbals, piano, and other acoustic instruments. In this case, they are perfect as a pair of overhead mics.
