The M-series mixers from SWAMP boast a sleek, compact design in a durable lightweight housing at an affordable price. Featuring all the controls you'd expect from a modern mixing console, the M-series are a no nonsense workhorse suited perfectly for a gigging band, solo artist, function venue, or rehearsal studio. The M210-P model is also equipped with a built in power amplifier than can drive 300W of power to 2x passive speakers, along with the 19" rack mounting capability makes this an ideal all-in-one mixer/amp solution.
Powered Mixer with 2x 300W Output
The M210-P has a built in stereo power amplifier rated at 300W RMS @8ohm and 450W RMS @4ohm per channel. Designed primarily for passive speakers FOH rated between 200W - 300W RMS @8ohm. To send the main mix signal to your main left and right speakers, simply connect the two speakon plug outputs on the mixer to the inputs of your speakers using 2-core speaker cable with the appropriate plugs. A rear fan is in place to keep the amp cool when in use.
7-Band Graphic Equalizer
A 7-band EQ enables the main output to be tweaked for particular rooms and venues. Graphic equalizers are the main backbone for good sound in a venue, providing a clear representation of the frequency spectrum. They allow the user to cut certain frequencies that are prone to feedback, and boost certain frequencies that may be lost due to the acoustics of the room.
19" Rack Mountable - Rack Rails Included
The M-series mixing desks are all 19" rack mountable, with the rack rails required included with every model. The rack rails simply attach to the side of the mixer with 3 screws already present on the mixer, then it is ready to be placed into any 19 inch rack case or frame.
AUX / FX Sends and Routing
Equipped with an auxiliary (AUX) send, that allows an additional "mix" of channels to be sent from the mixing console to foldback speakers or outboard effects. Ideal for creating foldback mixes for on stage performers. Each channel can be set to have the signal sent to the AUX send either PFL or AFL (Pre Fader Level, After Fader Level). The FX send channel can also be used as a 2nd AUX send.
Sub-Groups
The M Series mixers also includes a stereo sub group, allowing for an alternative output of selected channels via the Sub 1-2 Out XLR's. The sub-group can also be routed into the main mix, allowing for channels sent to the sub-group to be added to the mix via a single fader.
Monitor and Headphone Outputs
The monitor output enables the main mix to be sent to an alternative set of speakers, mixing desk, or recording interface. While the headphone output allows the user to solo channels by pressing the 'PFL' or 'AFL' buttons, and listen to the main mix without the confusion of room acoustics getting in the way.
Quality Mic Preamps
Critical to the performance of any decent audio mixer are the in-built microphone preamps. The M-series preamps offer undistorted, noise-free gain with plenty of headroom, usually reserved for more costly mixing consoles and outboard preamps units.
In-Built Delay Effect
Each channel has an FX control knob that will send the signal to the in-built 'delay' effect processor. There is a single 'reverb like' delay effect that is highly controllable via the FX, Del and Rep knobs. The FX knob controls the prominence of the delayed signal, while the delay time and fade out of the delay are controlled by the 'Del' and 'Rep' knobs respectively.
3 Band EQ Channel Strip
Each channel strip has a standard 3-band EQ with Bass, Mid and High controls. 15dB of level control each way gives the audio engineer plenty to work with.
The M series includes an on board MP3 player / audio playback module that be connected to via Bluetooth or direct, wireless connections to any smartphone, or laptop for simple audio playback. Or you can also connect using a USB drive or SD memory card. It's also an ideal choice for gigging bands who want to play smooth tunes between sets to keep the crowd hungry.

Swamp M210-P - Full featured and powerful for it's
By: John NOLAN on 27 January 2020Changing needs and fatigue from lugging heavy equipment to smaller venues induced me to unload my 24 channel mixer and heavy power amp and EQ/FX rack. I wished to hang onto my relatively compact FOH (unpowered)speakers so a modern lightweight powered mixer was required. I had my eye on a couple of better known brands but the features offered by this unit and power rating at a significantly lower price caught my attention. I had purchased from Swamp on previous occasions and I put my faith in the belief that the company would not put its name on an inferior product. The M210-P arrived one day ahead of schedule, securely packaged and basically required only to have speakers plugged in and connected to power. The only audible noise is the fan which is negligible in a live context. The channels have plenty of headroom and cater for a 4 piece band very well. It has a few refinements a lot of powered mixers do not including mute buttons (important for live mixing) 3 band EQ on all imput channels and a simple but effective 7 band EQ on the main outputs. Setting up the gain on both mike and line inputs was a breeze and while the in-built FX (delay) lacks any presets it was possible to set up a useful reverb like effect on the vocal mike inputs. There are a couple of limitations which are not surprising for a desk of this size. There is only one pre-fade aux send so only one dedicated foldback mix can be achieved. There are two sub-groups (another bonus) which could be used for monitor sends although they are post-fade. The other limitation is that the power amp section can only be used for the main mix. This is not a problem to me as all our foldback speakers are powered but if one wanted to rout one side of the power amp for foldback, this cannot be achieved. A totally unexpected bonus is that a bluetooth player is included enabling you to play music from your phone or iPod. Not only that but it can record the performance to an SD card or USB stick. This last feature presupposed that the whole band is running through the mixer which is theoretically possible with a small band. The M210-P had its first appearance in a venue yesterday (prior to that used for rehearsal) and performed impeccably with ample power to fill a medium sized function space. I think Swamp should be commended for sourcing such a well designed and flexible mixer amp at such an attractive price.
